Join us for the 2024 Virtual Fall Summit, as we bring together facilities professionals, HGSC program sponsors, and partners to explore how people are at the heart of creating healthy, sustainable schools. With this year’s theme, It’s All About the People, we’ll dive into key topics like multi-generational workforce engagement, innovative solutions to staffing challenges, and strategies for long-term operational success.
This session will explore the challenges of and strategies for effectively engaging a workforce that spans multiple generations, each with its own perspectives, communication styles, and work expectations. Attendees will gain insights into practical approaches to foster collaboration, inclusivity, and productivity across diverse age groups to create a cohesive and motivated team, including leveraging technology, refining communication strategies, and fostering cross-generational mentorship.
