Last year was an impressive year for the Green Cleaning Award. We read through so many wonderful applications from schools that are doing really exciting things with their green cleaning programs. It was the best year we’ve ever had for both applicants and winners. That makes us inspired about the future of green cleaning in schools across America.
From a large public university that is eliminating tons of waste with a simple plan to an urban school district that’s cleaning for health with the support of its school nurses and scientific evidence, the 2014 Green Cleaning Award Winners are truly revolutionizing the way schools are cleaned.
